I just know I would make a HUGE mess if I tried to dye yarn. It frightens me.

Little known fact: Cookie and I had the same hair color at Stitches. She did hers first, but I had no idea.

Awesome idea! I wish I really knew how to dye, so I could play along. If solid, kool-aid dyeing is okay, maybe I could join?

And I really wish I had some good tips for organzing everything in a big knitalong, but really all that is in the hands of my tech guys. The tech guys use some sort of database from which they can send emails and that I can access. I know lots of folks use Excel, but I never got the hang of using it for something other than numbers. I did the first sockapaloooza all by hand and wouldn’t recommend that. ;0) Best of luck!
