I take Quercetin, you can get it from the health food store. It's minimizes the allergy symptoms. Depending on the concentration, you can 500 mg twice daily with food. There are no noticeable side effects and I've been taking it during allergy season for 3 years. I also use Flonase. I wish I had the time to take advantage of your swag club. And why should we spread the word? The fewer people who know about it the better. Less competition. And I will second acupuncture for allergies. Massage therapy also has helped mine. I have also been using homeopathic meds to help with my ragweed allergies. I am still pretty sensitive to ragweed but it is not as bad as it used to be. I want the 6-month slot!!!
