Round II is Now Closed

round II

Once again I’d like to thank Adam (who dyes fantastic yarn too!) for helping me with the signup for Round II. There were almost 175 people in the lottery for 53 spots. I have already emailed all of the lottery winners and they have until tomorrow afternoon to pay. If at that time there are people who haven’t paid I will do another lottery to pick replacement spots. Er, I mean Adam will run another lottery. Thank you all again for signing up. I already have ideas some really cool ideas for Round III…..

Sorry for the lack of knitting content around here. If I haven’t been up to my eyeballs in GoKnit pouch orders, I’ve been dyeing yarn. (there were 108 orders after that Knitter’s Review article) For the first time in a year I actually decided to not take custom orders for a week so I can catch up. I’m learning that sometimes you just have to say no in order to save your sanity. The other big things this week is that a certian little girl turns 5 tomorrow. Big day in the Scout household. I’ll write more about that later.

    Awww, I was hoping to get into Indi Swag II, oh
    well, there is always next time, will give me an
    excuse to knit really hard on my stash so I’ve got
    plenty of room for Indie!

    I can’t believe I got a spot, I had to sign up in work. It is going to be my reward
    for the 100 miles in Runagogo. Happy birthday to Supergirl. Congrats to you,
    look what you have done in less than a year with your hand dyed yarns and your shop.

    Congrats to those who got chosen! Wish I was one of you, but then again, my bank account is breating a sihg of relief. Probably my stash is, too, since I’m sure some of it would have gotten pushed to the back to work with Scout’s Swag instead. :)

    I’ll try again next time, though! :)

    Oh, and Happy Birthday, Supergirl!!!!

    I am sure that Supergirl is going to have a wonderful birthday!

    And on a sad note, I didn’t get to repeat in round 2 of the Indie Swag. But I’m hoping
    that there is another lottery tomorrow and if not, I’m going give hubby my wishlist for
    my birthday!

    Congrats on all the peeps swooning after your swag!

    I am STILL in shock that I made it. I signed up for the one with the least thinking I would have the smallest chance and I still won! I canNOT wait. Hope I will not be too upset missing out on the last 3 but THRILLED mine is coming next month WOOHOO!!
