Hello everyone! Welcome to December. Here are three, very holiday-ish, calendars for the month. Cynthia and I hope you enjoy them. After much discussion we have decided that this month will be our last month working together to bring these calendars to you. We’ve done them for free now for almost three years and we’re just thinking it’s time to be done. I know this will disappoint people but there are lots of people out there who make cool desktop calendars. If I can figure out how she made them I might play around with them a bit and see what I can do but don’t hold me to it. I’ve been so busy with my photography business I rarely take any other pictures throughout the month! I’m still dyeing up a bunch of yarn but seem to always forget to shoot it before it goes out the door. So….with that said, here are the last three calendars from us. We’ve really enjoyed doing it but we both just felt like it was a good time to be done with this little project.

Scout, I admit that I didn’t ever download the calendars (I’m partial to the photos I have on my work and home machines already), but I always enjoyed seeing what you and Cynthia would come up with. Thank you both for sharing your talents with us.

The icicles are coming home to my desktop, and they just may stay long after December is through. I will miss the beauty you bring me every month but I absolutely understand your decision to quit.

I look forward to these calendars every month! There are about 10 different computers I work from, so I will end up using all 3. People always comment on how pretty they are - although sometimes they make comments like “It’s still May in Karen’s world!”. They will be missed!

I never really cared about the calendar parts anyway, although that was nice — the beauty was the draw for me, especially yarn beauties!

I totally understand why you might stop doing this, as I’m sure that it’s time-consuming for you both. But I must admit that I will really miss these lovely calendars; I’ve downloaded one each month for the past few years, and they’ve made my desktop beautiful. OH NO! I’ve come to depend on yer calendars….my kids always like to see them , too. Oh well. To every thing there is a season…. Thank you so very much for all of them; we took the the top one (multicolored circles/lights) for this one last time.

Like the others, I want to thank you for the wonderful desktop pictures you and Cynthia have provided for my Mac the last several months. I wish I would have discovered them a bit sooner. For those of us that still wish for these.. would you consider posting the photos and artwork without the calendar? I miss your unique desktop patterns.. perhaps a greatest hits gallery without the calendars would fill the bill.
